HU1: Board resolution on payment dividend

HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors about payment cash dividend dated June 26, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2011 cash dividend as follows:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:       20 %/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-         Forms of payment:             in cash or in transfer

-         Payment date:                     expected in July, 2012

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized The CEO to implement contents.
