-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngo Vinh Khuong as CEO and wouldn’t be legal representative of SJS as from July 2, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Tran Anh Duc as CEO and wouldt be legal representative of SJS as from July 2, 2012.
