VES: Change of company spokesman

Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: VES) announced the change of company spokesman as follows:

• Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Duc Dai as Acting Chief Accountant and wouldn’t be company spokesman as from July 1, 2012.
• Mr. Mai Thai Dung, Acting Chief Accountant, has replaced Mr. Pham Duc Dai as Company Spokesman of VES as from July 2, 2012.
