Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) explained for the increase in revenue and profit after tax of Quarter I/2012 compared to the same period of 2011:
Profit after tax in Quarter I.2012 increased from Quarter I.2011 because of the following main reasons: For the real estate trading, revenue often record in Quarter III and Quarter IV of every year. Thus, revenue in Quarter I often reach low. However, revenue and profit in Quarter 1.2012 were higher than the same period of last year because the provision financial recovery thanks to better signs of the domestic financial market leading to profit rose compared to Quarter 1.2011
Profit after tax in Quarter I.2012 increased from Quarter I.2011 because of the following main reasons:
