TNG: AGM of TNG Fashion JSC
On 17/06/2012, TNG Investment and Trading JSC (Stock Code: TNG) announced that PDMRs of TNG Investment and Trading JSC had been appointed to the Management Board of TNG Fashion JSC in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of TNG Fashion JSC on 17/06/2012, namely:
1. Ms. Ly Thi Lien – Director, Deputy General Manager, Chief Accountant and Legal Representative of TNG Investment and Trading JSC – is appointed Chair of the Board of TNG Fashion JSC.
2. Mr. Nguyen Duc Manh – Director and Deputy General Manager of TNG Investment and Trading JSC – is appointed Director cum Manager of TNG Fashion JSC.
3. Ms. Doan Thi Thu – Director and Deputy General Manager of TNG Investment and Trading JSC – is appointed Director of TNG Fashion JSC.
4. Mr. Nguyen Van Duc – Chief of Supervisory Board of TNG Investment and Trading JSC – is appointed member of Supervisory Board of TNG Fashion JSC.
TNG Investment and Trading JSC owns 35% of charter capital of TNG Fashion JSC.
