PHH: Board Resolution on transfer of equity
Hong Ha Petroleum JSC (Stock Code: PHH) announces the Board Resolution approved on 26/06/2012 on the transfer of equity as follows:
Transfer all equity that the Company owns in Hong Ha Petroleum Design Consultancy JSC (equalling 51% of charter capital of Hong Ha Petroleum Design Consultancy JSC). From 26/06/2012, Hong Ha Petroleum JSC is no longer shareholder of Hong Ha Petroleum Design Consultancy JSC.
