PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (Stock Code: PVS) announces the Board Resolution approved on 26/06/2012 on the transfer of equity the company onws in PTSC Shipyard as follows:
- Number of shares owned: 15,000,000 shares (50% of charter capital of PTSC Shipyard)
- Number of shares to be transferred: 15,000,000 shares
- Determination of Transfer price: by book value on 31/03/2011 after auditing
- Transferee: Dung Quat Shipyard (DQS)
After the transfer, PTSC Shipyard is no longer the Company’s subsidiary.
