ITA: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Tan Tao University Joint Stock Company is affiliated institution of Ms. Dang Thi Hoang Yen – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation, was late in reporting the trading result of ITA stock after registering to trade on July 26, 2012.
