HBC: Violation of information disclosure of an inside shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside shareholder:

-         Mr. Le Quoc Duy – Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy CEO of Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation, was late in reporting the trading result of HBC stock after registering to trade on July 17, 2012.
