HTV: Reminded of the first 06 months of 2012 management reports

On July 20, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Official Document No. 24/VTHT-KTTKTC dated July 20, 2012 for the first 06 months of 2012 management reports. According the HTV’s charter, the company must hold at least 01 meeting every quarter. However, the Board of Directors of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company was only organized 01 meeting in the first 06 months of 2012. Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company did not comply with HTV’s charter.
