On July 16, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Official Document No. 1256/2012/SGDHCM-NY to remind Ma San Group Corporation. Accordingly, Ma San Group Corporation has violated the regulation on the disclosure of the results of its share offering under private placements.
