DCL: Personnel Change

The BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: DCL) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Appointing Mr. Le Thanh Tuan as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

-         Appointing Mr. Luong Van Hoa as CEO and will be the company spokesman of DCL.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Trung as Deputy CEO in charge of production.

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tong as Deputy CEO in charge of finance as from July 17, 2012.
