Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company decided to consult shareholders for personnel change of member of the Board of Directors:

-         Approving the resignation Mr. Dam Phan Liem from the positions of a Member of the Board of Directors

-         Appointing Mr. Le Hong Xanh –a member of the Board of Directors of SABECO, Managing Marketing Director of SABECO, Chairman cum CEO as a member of the Board of Directors of SABETRAN.

-         The resolution is valid as from July 18, 2012.
