Bao Viet Holdings has announced a personnel change as follow:

-         As July 11, 2012, the Board of Directors of Bao Viet Holdings has appointed Ms. Than Hien Anh as Director of Strategic Construction Division to place Mr. Duong Duc Chuyen.

-         As July 11, 2012, the Board of Directors of Bao Viet Holdings has appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son as Director of Real Estate Management to replace Mr. Le Hai Phong.
