HU3: Board Resolution on consulting shareholders for time adjustments for personnel changes

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 29, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors unanimously approved to adjust the time to change the personnel of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors:

+         Mr. Trinh Duy Hoan will leave his post as Head of the Board of Supervisors in 2012.

+         Ms. Le Thi Lan will leave her post as a member of the Board of Directors cum Chief Accountant in 2012.

+         Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang – Deputy Director will appoint as a member of the Board of Directors in 2012.

+         Mr. Le Thi Lan will leave her post as a member of the Board of Supervisor in 2012.

-         The Board of Directors unanimously approved to invest in secondary at Le Thai To Industrial Park, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh Province.
