BT6: Beton 6 decreases stake in Beton 6 Mien Trung

The Board of Directors of Beton 6 Corporation on July 17, 2012 decided to transfer 34 percent stake in Beton 6 Mien Trung (charter capital: VND20 billion) to founder Phan Xuan Tung for VND6.8 billion. Therefore, the ownership of Beton 6 in Beton 6 Mien Trung decreased from 85 percent to 51 percent.
