KSA: Board Resolution

The Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company on July 18, 2012 decided that 12,354,048 shares which were offered to strategic partners would be restricted to transfer within 01 year from the finish date of the offering, according to Decree No.01/2010/ND-CP by the Government.
