VSC: Investing in Green DMC Joint Stock Company

On June 27, 2012, Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company announced contribution in Green DMC Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company invested VND76,500 million in Green DMC Joint Stock Company (85% of charter capital  of Green DMC Joint Stock Company).

-         Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company contributed VND73,500 million in Green DMC Joint Stock Company.
