Cables and Telecommunications Material Joint Stock Company has announced the BOD’s resolution date June 26, 2012 as follows:

-         Approving to choose AASCN auditing firm for fiscal year 2012 of parent company and subsidiaries

-         Auditing expenses: 330,000,000 (not including VAT)

-         Authorizing the CEO to singe contacts with AASCN

-         The resolution is valid as from June 20, 2012.
