On June 14, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

-         Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

-         Stock symbol: VNM

-         Number of treasury shares currently: 349,430 shares

-         Number of shares registered to buy back: 54,360 shares

-         Purpose: to buy back shares from the employees who left the Company.

-         Source: the surplus capital and undistributed profit

-         Trading method: put through

-         Trading period: from June 15, 2012 to July 15, 2012.
