HOSE announces the record date for the 2011 dividend payment in cash of Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:         TMP                            

-         Ex-right date:           June 18, 2012 

-         Record date:            June 20, 2012  

-         Purpose: to pay cash dividends of the year 2011 to the existing shareholders.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 8% (VND800/share)

-         Payment date:         July 11, 2012

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company, Zone 5, Thac Mo Ward, Phuoc Long Town, Binh Phuoc Provine on working days from July 11, 2012, and please submit ID cards.
