TCBS: Resolution of the BOD

On June 9, 2012, the BOD of Techcom Securities Company Limited (TCBS) issued Resolution No.0955/ HDQT - TCB to announce the personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang as Chairman of the BOD of Directors as from June 15, 2012.

-         Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang wouldn’t hold the position of the legal representative of TCBS as from June 15, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Ho Hung Anh as Chairman of the BOD of Directors as from June 15, 2012.

-         Mr. Ho Hung Anh would hold the position of the legal representative of TCBS as from June 15, 2012.
