TBC: Explanation for business result in Quarter 1/2012

Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company has explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 1/2012 and Quarter 1/2011:

• Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2012: VND18,859,944,414
• Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2011: VND6,133,038,874

Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2012 was higher than profit after tax in Quarter 1/2011 because commercial electricity in quarter 1/2012 gained 81.343 million kwh against 39.643 million kwh in quarter 1/2011 and price of electricity in 2012 was VND522.48/kwh increasing VND455.49/ kwh in 2011 leading income in quarter 1/2012 rose and profit after tax in quarter 1/2012 went up.
