SHI: Son Ha Corp Cooperates with BIDV – Ha Tay Branch

On May 25, 2012, Son Ha International Corporation and Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Ha Tay Branch signed a cooperation agreement for 2012-2017.

*     BIDV – Ha Tay Branch undertook to finance SHI and SHI’s subsidiaries from 2012 to 2017:

-         Project “VINACONEX Trade Center”: SHI is a dominant shareholder. In which:

+         Middle and long-term credit: VND58 billion.

+         Short-term credit: a maximum of VND20 billion.

-         Project “Ha Dong Trade Center”: BIDV – Ha Tay Branch will lend about VND100 billion.

-         BIDV – Ha Tay Branch will consider and finance SHI so that SHI can restructure financial resources (expected to borrow about VND80 billion in 2012).

-         SHI preferentially uses financial products, services of BIDV and BIDV’s member companies.
