STB: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholder:

-         Saigon Asia Finance & Investment Joint Stock Company is a major shareholder of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank, sold 900,000 STB shares to reduce the owning volume 47,883,623 STB shares (4.92%), has not become a major shareholder but without announcement and the change in the ownership ratio of a major shareholder.

-         Mr. Tran Minh Phat is a major shareholder of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank, sold 876,450 STB shares to reduce the number of shares to reduce the owning volume 48,123,557 STB shares (4.94%), has not become a major shareholder but without announcement and the change in the ownership ratio of a major shareholder.
