SHN: Result of 2nd AGM, Time and Place for 3rd AGM
Hanoi Investment General Corporation announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of the Company, which was going to be on 30/5/2012, did not take place as planned because participants were representing 972,352 shares (2.99% of voting rights which is less than 51% as required).
