SRA: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 Sara Vietnam JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved: |
- Reports of the BOD and Supervisory Board.
- Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement 2012
- Amendment in Company’s charter.
- Plan of seasoned issue to increase charter capital from VND20billion to VND60billion in 2012:
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 4,000,000 shares
- Par value: VND10,000
- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND40,000,000,000
- Total proceeds: VND44,700,000,000
In which:
- Placement with outstanding shareholders: 3,000,000 shares at price VND11,000 per share.
- Placement in ESOP: 100,000 shares at price VND11,700 per share
- Placement with other investors: 900,000 shares at expected price VND11,700 per share.
