PPI: Resolution of the BOD

On June 18, 2012, the BOD of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.04/NQ-HDQT to announce the choose an auditing company and the personnel change as follows:

-         Choose Ha Noi Profession of Auditing & Accounting Company Limited to audit PPI’s financial statements in fiscal year 2012.

-         The resignation of Mr. Doan Duc Vinh from position a member of the Board of Directors.

-         Appointment of Mr. Pha Dinh Tue as a member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Doan Duc Vinh.

-         This resolution takes effect from June 18, 2012.
