Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC announces Board Resolution approved on 15/05/2012 as follows:
1. Second dividend payment 2011
- Expected record date: 30/05/2012
- Exercise date: 30/06/2012
- Exercise rate: 11% (shareholder receives VND1,100 for every share they own)
2. Borrowing plan for working capital in 2012:
- Total borrowing: VND200 billion
- Borrowing method: secured loan
- Interest rate: according to the market at the time of disbursement
- Term: 12 months
