HOSE announces the record date for the 2011 dividend payment in cash of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company:

-         Ex-right date:                 June 26, 2012 

-         Record date:                  June 28, 2012 

-         Purpose: to pay cash dividends of the year 2011.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date:               July 18, 2012

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
