DIG: The BOD’s resolution of the record date for consulting shareholders

On June 12, 2012, Development Investment Joint Stock Corporation has announced the BOD’s resolution of the record date for consulting shareholders about electing additional a member of the Board of Supervisors:

Article 1: Approving the record date for consulting shareholders:

- Record date:    June 28, 2012

- Purpose:         to consult shareholders in writing about electing additional a member of the Board of Supervisors.  

- Contents:        consult shareholders about resignation and electing additional a member of the Board of Supervisors.

Article 2: Authorizing Chairman of the BOD to consult shareholders.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from June 12, 2012.
