AVF: Personnel change

Anvifish Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         The resignation Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuyen from position Deputy CEO as from May 16, 2012.

-         The resignation Mr. Ngo Van Thu from position Chief Accountant as from May 16, 2012.

-         The resignation Mr. Truong Thanh Long from position Secretary of the Board of Directors as from May 16, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Ngo Van Thu as Deputy CEO as from May 16, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Luu Ba Phuc as Secretary of the Board of Directors as from May 16, 2012.

-         Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen as Chief Accountant as from May 16, 2012.
