D2D: Resolution of the BOD

On June 26, 2012, the BOD of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 issued Resolution No.07/D2D-HDQT to announce the personnel change and choose an auditing company as follows:

-         The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan from position a member of the Board of Directors.

-         The resignation of Mr. Tran Van Thoi from position Deputy CEO

-         Choose Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd to audit financial statements of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 in fiscal year 2012.

-         This resolution takes effect from June 26, 2012.
