ATA: Extraordinary information disclosure

NTACO Co. has announced extraordinary information as follows:

-         According to Decision No. 17/2012/QDST-KDTM dated 04 Apr. 2012 issued by The People Court of Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province; NTACO Co. is under an obligation to pay 2,485,473,733 dongs to Hiep Quang Co., Ltd. by 19 May 2012. The debt is material cost for Viet Thai Seafood & Food Processing Factory.

-         On 15 Apr. 2012, the company received the decision but disclosure it to public under the Law because the company came to payment negotiation with Hiep Quang Co., Ltd. and the amount hold 0.36% of the company’s total assets. At present, the company paid a part of the amount and the remains will be paid by 19 May 2012 to Hiep Quang Co., Ltd.
