My Chau Printing & Packaging Holding Co. announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

-         The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh as BOD Chairman BOD in term 2012-2016.

-         The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Trinh Huu Minh as CEO in term 2012-2016.

-         The Board of Directors unanimously appointed:

+        Mr. Nguyen Qui as Deputy CEO in term 2012-2016.

+        Ms. Vo Ngoc Huynh Thu as Chief Accountant in term 2012-2016.

-         Remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors:

+        BOD Chairman:                                           VND15 million/meeting

+        Member of the Board of Directors:           VND10 million/meeting

+        Head of the Board of Supervisors:           VND10 million/meeting

+        Member of the Board of Supervisors:      VND5 million/meeting

+        Secretary of the Board of Directors:         VND5 million/ meeting

-         Salary of the Management Board and Chief Accountant:

+        CEO:                            VND25 million/month

+        Deputy CEO:              VND22 million/month

+        Chief Accountant:      VND15 million/month

-         Effective date: from May 01, 2012.
