ASM: Explanation for business result in Q1.2012

Sao Mai Construction Corporation (SAO MAI CONSCORP) has explained the profit after tax in quarter 1.2012 and quarter 1.2011 because:

-         Profit after tax was VND15,467,772,319, decreasing 51.1% compared to the same period of last year because:

+         Profit of the parent company decreased sharply and investment to joint venture decreased leading consolidated profit after tax was lower than the same period of last year.
