TIX: Explanation for business results in Q2.2012

Tan Binh Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (TANIMEX) has announced explanation for business result in quarter 2/2012 as follows:

-         Profit after tax in quarter 2/2012 :  VND7,605,896,770

-         Profit after tax in quarter 2/2011:  VND54,129,472,834

-         Profit after tax in quarter 2/2012 decreased 85.9% compared with quarter 2/2011.

-         Reasons:

+         In Quarter 2.2011, the company recorded revenue of transfer at 201-203 Ly Thuong Kiet project led to profit after tax increased sharply.

+         Difficulties in the estate real market and expense raise led to profit after tax decreased.
