- Reasons: Dividend payment 2011 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders receive VND 2,000 for every share they own)

+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Viglacera Tuson JSC, Tran Phu road, Dinh Bang ward, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province on working days from 29/06/2012. Identification Card (original copy) is required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
