Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC (HNX: TMX) announced the Notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
1. Issuer: Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC
2. Stock code: TMC
3. Par value: VND 10,000
4. Stock type: Common stock
5. Record date: 17/05/2012
6. Ex-date: 15/05/2012
7. Reasons: The third dividend payment 2011 and the First dividend payment 2012
7.1. The 3rd dividend payment 2011 in cash:
- Exercise rate: 3% ( shareholders will receive VND300 for every share they own).
- Exercise date: 07/06/2012
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC, No. 231, Vo Van Ngan Street, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City on working days from 07/06/2012. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
7.2. The 1st dividend payment 2012 in cash:
- Exercise rate: 5% ( shareholders will receive VND500 for every share they own).
- Exercise date: 07/06/2012
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC, No. 231, Vo Van Ngan Street, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City on working days from 07/06/2012.
