VSG delays the 2012 Annual General Meeting

South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company has informed of delaying the second annual general meeting 2012 as follows

- On May 10, 2012, the company held the second annual general meeting, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting reach 46.88%. Therefore, the company decided as follows:

+ Delaying the second annual shareholders’ meeting 2012 and holding the third meeting as follows:
