VRC: Personnel Change

Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: VRC) announced the personnel change as follows

1. Mr. Le Hong Duc, Chairman of the Board of Directors, would not hold the position of the CEO of VRC as from May 9, 2012.
2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh from Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
3. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh as Member of the Board of Directors cum CEO and will be legal representative of VRC as from May 9, 2012.
