SSG: Change in Representative for Equity of Vietnam National Shipping Lines

Seagull Shipping Company announced the change in Representative for Equity of Vietnam National Shipping Lines as follows:

- Mr. Tran Van Ton is no longer representative for Equity of Vietnam National Shipping Lines.

- Mr. Bui Viet Hoai has been appointed Chair of the Board of Seagull Shipping Company and Representative for Equity of Vietnam National Shipping Lines in place of Mr. Tran Van Ton.

- Mr. Tran Van Ton remains Director.
