TAC: Resolution of the BOD

On May 4, 2012, the BOD of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (stock code: TAC) issued Resolution No.66/NQ-HDQT.12 to announce the personnel change as follows

Article 1: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, BOD Chairman, will be the legal representative of TAC.

Article 2: Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuyet will hold the position of Head of the Supervisory Board of TAC.

Article 3: Mr. Vu Duc Thinh will be the company spokesman of TAC.
