DPR: Resolution of the BOD

On April 27, 2012, the BOD of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock code: DPR) issued Resolution No.31/NQ-HDQTCSDP to announce the information as follows:

1. Appointing Mr. Dang Gia Anh as the BOD Chairman in term 2012 – 2016
2. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai as CEO in term 2012 – 2016
3. Approving the interim the second dividend for the year 2011 will be 15%/par value (VND 1,500/share) in May 2012.
