STB: Resolution of the BOD

On May 15, 2012, the BOD of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock code: STB) issued Resolution to announce the personnel change of the Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Supervisors as follows

- Approving the increase 8 members of the BOD in term 2011 – 2015. So, number of Member of the Board of Directors is 10 members.

- Approving the increase 1 members of the Board of Supervisors in term 2011 – 2015. So, number of Member of the Board of Supervisors is 4 members.
