On May 14, 2012, the BOD of Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSA) issued Resolution No.03/2012/KSA/NQ-HDQT to announce the personnel change as follows

- Approving the resignation of Mr. H.E Rat Sokhorn from Member of the Board of Directors and appointing Mr. You Shen Sen replaced Mr. H.E Rat Sokhorn as Member of the Board of Directors as from May 14, 2012.
