STB: Announcement of decreasing foreign room to 15 percent

Pursuant to Official Document No.1303/UBCK-PTTT by the State Securities Commission dated 04/27/2012 about locking a part of total foreign room of Sacombank

-         Pursuant to Official Document No.2222/VSD-DK by the Vietnam Securities Depository dated 05/03/2012 about the adjustment to the current room of foreign investors to STB stock,

-         The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to inform of the ownership limit for foreign investors of STB stock from 30 percent to 15 percent.

-         Effective date: May 04, 2012.
