CII: Change of company spokesman

According to Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT dated May 17, 2012 of the BOD, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: CII) announced the change of company spokesman on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange as follows:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Tra, Financial Director, has replaced Mr. Le Quoc Binh as company spokeswoman as from May 25, 2012.
