Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Yen Ha from Head of the Board of Supervisors and appointing Mr. Phung Van Cong, Deputy Manager of Administrative Department, replaced Ms. Vu Thi Yen Ha as Head of the Board of Supervisors.
