LBM: Board Resolution No.16

Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company (LBM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 13, 2012:

- The Board of Directors decided to apply a discipline method to Mr. Luong Hung Minh, Deputy Chairman: A written reprimand.

- The Board of Directors also approved to submit to the shareholders’ meeting about the dismissal of Mr. Luong Hung Minh as a member of the Board of Directors for the term 2011-2015.

- This resolution replaces Item 9 of Resolution No.15/2012/NQ-HDQTCty dated 03/26/2012 by the Board of Directors
